You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, as long as the product is in perfect condition for sale, in its original packaging and without any damage. We will replace your product or proceed with the refund of the value, according to what you wish.

Keep proof of payment so that we can proceed with a refund or product replacement as soon as possible.

Portugal and Spain have the following delivery options: standard or express delivery. In  Portugal there is a cost of €1.50  (Lisbon) or €2.50 (rest of the country) for standard shipping ( 3 business days ) and €5 for express shipping ( 1 business day ). For Spain , normal shipping costs €5 (4 business days) and express delivery €7 (2 business days) .

For the countries of Europe there is a fixed cost of 15 € and delivery will always be made by express mail (1-2 days).

For the rest of the world there is a fixed fee of €40 and it can take a maximum of 15 working days
